Japan still sees different packaging from most of the rest of the world, and US toy laws mean that the toys will be modified before they are released. :-) The changes keep coming (as you can see from the lists below), no matter which direction the toys are coming (here to there, or there to here). In these modern times, with everything coming out of one factory, worldwide distribution, and standardization of the tri-logo packaging.we hoped we wouldn't see mold and paint changes in these toys anymore. (Complete listings always nd in your submissions.) :-) Also, have a look at Morg's Japanese List and the Complete Euro-Tf list.) And we know how much I love greater detail. Items that I feel should be expanded upon are listed below in greater detail. We start with a short version of the catagory. Now, mold-changes are coming out of the woodwork. There was a time when only packaging changes were notable. For the most part, everything else gets lumped. Where there is a need to breakdown a list by a specific country, I've done so on the previous page ( Italy, Greece, and China, for example). Unlike Japan, there are many, many countries in what I call Europe/UK. It needs a mention: Europe is a big place. | Micron Legends | Superlink | BinalTech | Robot Masters vs TF Juniors | | G2 Japan & Europe | Beast-Era (All) | CarRobots | Reissues (All) | Someone else can add to it if they like.| G1 Japan | Micromasters | G1 Europe | G1.5 vs G2: Japan & Europe | Rust Renegades (I like IDW, too, so I'll take their great additions) - ? Read these in the style of the pokerap, would recommendĬliffjumper - Henkei Minibot Attack Team CliffjumperĬosmos - Titanium Cosmos, if you can get your hands on a prototypeīeachcomber - G1 (or Henkei Beachcomber I guess) Skullgrin (this is as far as I will go into Pretenders) Rust Renegades (I like IDW, too, so I'll take their great additions) It'd be like an election! Everyone loves elections! If not, please just ignore a long post and go about your day. If folks would like to vote on these, I could compile the winners. I don't really understand the "class" distinctions like Voyager or Legends or whatever, but I assume it's a scale difference.Īnyway, a reference list of what I'd be interested in should I find gainful employment again and got said money and space ever. So, this might be a stupid thing that no one wants to do, but as a casual observer who has only a couple of Transformers as an adult but loves seeing them and wishes he had the kind of money and space where he could buy one quintessential version of each G1 character to display, would folks be willing to brainstorm the list of Best Modern G1 Representation Figures? Preferably all in approximate scale with each other (or as best as possible). That Scourge is so good, it gave me an idea.
